Mission of the role of Digital Analytics Manager at DataVinci:
“The mission of this role is to clearly understand the business requirements from our clients – assess the requirements against the skillsets within the company – & ensure best possible management of the analysts & resources at DataVinci – to deliver the agreed client requirements. The role facilitates consistent growth for the company by delivering the high quality analytics output for our clients and partners."
Key Outcomes for the role :
Manage a team of 3 analysts ensuring best possible bandwidth utilization of the team – Ideally 120 hours a week.
Gather the business requirements from the clients/partners and assess the requirements against the skillset in the team.
If the client requirements can be delivered by the team, then communicate clearly the effort estimations and timelines to the clients/partners.
Create a project delivery action plan by clearly putting the required milestones in the project management tool.
Ensure utilization of existing company frameworks and processes. Ensure that the time is properly tracked for each milestone.
Troubleshoot technical as well as business challenges with the team.
Validate the work done by the team and present to the clients ensuring that the commitment made before starting the work is in line with the delivery.
Drive monthly performance review of the team to clearly identify areas of improvement and acknowledge the accomplishments by the team members.
Ensure that junior resources are on-boarded on the training modules and are consistently learning new skills
Ensure consistent self development in technical as well as managerial domains.
Key Competencies for the role :
Intelligence : Quick learner. Ability to understand the end business requirements to propose the best possible technical solution.
Project Scoping : Ability to create a structured scope for the project requirement by factoring in all the moving parts and ensuring that the clients understand the requirements clearly
Project Planning : Ability to create systematic roadmap of every task and clearly follow up on the progress. Ensure that the standard processes and systems created within the company are adhered to.
Communication : Ability to clearly communicate all aspects of the project ensuring there is no misunderstanding at any side. Proactively asking questions and proactively provided cases where there can be multiple interpretations of a statement. Keeping the internal team updated with meeting notes.
Checklist development and updates : Ability to create and update checklists for the various tasks as and when business situations are discovered.
Digital Analytics skills : Remain up to date with all the digital analytics solutions to provide proper recommendations to the clients as well as suggest the right approach to the team. Ability to interpret the data to extract insights for driving business decisions. Strong grasp of tools like Google Analytics (4), Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Google Data Studio, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Firebase etc.
Assertiveness : Making the right commitment and setting correct expectations for the clients. Once the commitment has been made, ensuring that the team is working towards delivering the solutions.
Attention to detail : Ability to read between the lines. Ability to validate that the output from the team is free of errors and is presentable.
Proactiveness : Taking initiatives to Introduce new systems and processes, recommending new practices without any external push.
Persistence : Demonstrating tenacity to get things done.
Confident to provide feedback : Ability to provide constructive feedback with calm demeanor to anyone in the team at any seniority level
Maturity to take feedback : Ability to take feedback constructively and attitude to act upon it. Ability to communicate counter points to provide justification if there is gap in understanding.
Ability to develop people : Coaches people and helps them grow. Inculcates a culture of mutual respect.

- Source top talent from various recruitment platforms
- Establish relationship with Educational institutes to generate brand awareness about DataVinci and facilitate recruitment through the campuses
- Develop process to screen people with right attitude & aptitude from all the applicants
- Ensure proper communication with the screened candidates to improve chances of their recruitment
- Drive development of content on Company's website and YouTube channel to create solid perception among the prospective hires
- Develop training modules to ensure standardized onboarding

Required Experience :
The owner of this role should have hands on and proper experience of sourcing candidates for technical roles
The owner of this role should have a proven track record to manage the recruitment process flow from application to onboarding
The owner of this role should have experience on how to form alliances with various campuses in the country
The owner of this role should have experience to inculcate the attributes of the culture we want in the organization

The company only works with international clients. The company is on the path to expand to a team of at least 40 people by March 2023. Most of the team works remotely.
