Compared to output of a web development agency or marketing agency or design agency, the output of an analytics agency is less apparent. Think over it – you can comment on a design project – you either like it or don’t like it, but it’s relatively difficult to comment on a data point.

The age old wisdom of ‘hiring great people’ is a necessity to scale an analytics agency. Moreover, ours is a fully remote team by default (irrespective of the Covid 19 pandemic). One cannot drive a remote analytics agency without sincere people. 

I have identified my key role in the agency as hiring good people and creating standardized systems and processes for everything we do.

We are highly selective with the projects we work upon, because we want to focus on quality. This is definitely cliched, but if we are not loyal to our clients, internally the team would not be loyal to each other as well – and the company will not scale.
